Hi Glennis!The building you asked for is the Cathedral of Milan, the main city of Northern Italy.But the picture is a sort of fake, bacause of advertising messages on the front of the church: they are a joke of a frienf, working for a radio.
I haven't been to Langkawi but I'd like to visit this place someday. :)
